DPR 26-004 Service Container Labeling/Etiquetado de los Envases de Servicio

On August 28, 2026, the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) published a Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action in the California Regulatory Notice Register. The Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action is also available in Spanish.


The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) proposes to amend Title 3, California Code of Regulations (3 CCR) section 6678. The pesticide regulatory program activities affected by the proposal are those pertaining to hazard communication work requirements. In summary, the proposed action will amend the language specifying requirements for the display of service container labeling.


Comments may be submitted in writing about proposed action. Written comments must be received no later than October 12, 2026. Please submit comments and attachments in the text box below. Alternatively, written comments may also be submitted via U.S. mail. For details, please see the Notice of Proposed Regulatory Action.
