SprayDays Annual Status Update

The California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) is currently accepting public comments on the SprayDays California Annual Status Update, which reviews how the statewide pesticide notification system has operated since launch. The report highlights system performance, user engagement, feedback received, and improvements made during its first calendar year of operation (March 24 – December 31, 2025).

The public comment period will close on Friday, May 1, 2026, 11:59 PM PDT.


In alignment with regulatory requirements, DPR will also present the update and gather input from the California State Board of Food and Agriculture and DPR’s Environmental Justice Advisory Committee.


DPR will review timely submitted comments as part of ongoing program evaluation and future planning. The department intends to post comments received following the close of the comment period and any follow-up materials on its website.
